VERONA ITALY
October 14-16, 2026
Nestled in northern Italy’s Veneto region, Verona is a city that effortlessly blends ancient charm with romantic allure. Known for its beautifully preserved Roman architecture—including the grand Arena di Verona, a first-century amphitheater still hosting operas today—Verona is a UNESCO World Heritage site that invites visitors to wander its cobbled streets and piazzas steeped in history. But it’s perhaps most famously immortalized as the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, drawing lovers from around the world to Juliet’s House, complete with its iconic balcony and a wall of heartfelt messages.
Our meeting will be held at Hotel Indigo Verona Grand Hotel des Artes, a charming boutique hotel located a few steps from Porta Nuova, Piazza Bra and the Arena. The hotel is located along Corso Porta Nuova, the road that from the namesake city gate takes you to the Arena, Piazza Bra and Palazzo della Gran Guardia. From here, visitors can easily walk to Piazza della Erbe and Piazza dei Signori, and find restaurants, shops, wine bars, and the main buildings of historical and cultural interest in town. Hotel Indigo Verona is also very close to Porta Nuova railway station and to the motorway junction that leads into and out of the city, to the main airports and the most important cities of Northern Italy.
A welcome reception will be held on the evening of October 14, 2026, at 6 pm.
Continuing Education will be held in the conference room from 6:30 am until 12:30 am on the mornings of October 15 and October 16, for a total of 12 hours of COPE accredited CE.
By structuring the course this way, it allows for open time all afternoon and evening to explore the area with colleagues, family and friends.

Verona, Italy, is a city where ancient grandeur and romantic charm intertwine beautifully. Start your journey at the Arena di Verona, a remarkably preserved Roman amphitheater that still hosts operas under the stars. From there, wander into the lively Piazza delle Erbe, a historic square surrounded by colorful buildings, bustling cafés, and market stalls. Nearby, the Cattedrale di Santa Maria Matricolare offers a serene escape with its Romanesque architecture and stunning Titian artwork. For panoramic views of the city’s rooftops and river bends, climb the Torre dei Lamberti, Verona’s tallest medieval tower.
Continue your exploration with a stroll across the Ponte Pietra, a scenic Roman bridge that connects the city’s rich past with its vibrant present. Nature lovers will find tranquility in the tiered terraces and fountains of the Giusti Garden, a 16th-century botanical gem. Don’t miss the Piazzi dei Signori, where Dante’s statue presides over a square steeped in history and elegance. Finally, step into the Bascilica di San Zeno Maggiore, a masterpiece of Romanesque architecture adorned with bronze doors and frescoes that reflect Verona’s spiritual and artistic legacy.
