Registration fee INCLUDES 12 hours of COPE approved CE which is co-sponsored by the Illinois College of Optometry and approved for Florida re-licensure by CE Broker. Also includes a reception for participants and travel companions, and a Continental breakfast for participants each day of the conference.

**Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $150 processing fee per meeting if cancellation received more than 90 days prior to start of the program. If less than 90 days or if the meeting is full at the time of request to cancel, credit will be issued for ONE future meeting. In the event that you no-show at a meeting without a minimum 7 days' notice of cancellation, no credits are issued.** Pricing shown is for CONFERENCE ONLY. The cost of airfare, lodging, food, and any optional excursions are NOT included.
