TUSCANY ITALY
October 22-25, 2026
From October 22-25, 2026, CE in Italy & Europe will be hosting their immersion conference in beautiful Tuscany Italy.
Tuscany offers a scenic blend of gently rolling hills, historic towns, and working vineyards.
Her pace is relaxed, her landscapes photogenic, and hospitality deeply rooted in tradition.
Travelers can expect well-maintained country roads lined with cypress trees, leading to medieval villages like our host city, Castiglion Fiorentino, where stone buildings and narrow alleys reflect centuries of history. The region is known for its warm climate, especially in spring and fall, making it ideal for outdoor activities and exploration.
Additional details about the conference can be found at the bottom of this page or by clicking the link below.
This conference will be held in Castiglion Fiorentino, a small medieval hilltop walled village in Tuscany Italy.
Conference attendees will enjoy a welcoming environment with ample space for all sessions and gatherings.
The Conference host restaurant provides a selection of high-quality refreshments, including freshly brewed Italian coffee and artisanal pastries.

Additional details can be found at the bottom of this page or by clicking the link below.
Castiglion Fiorentino, our conference location, is within a short distance to both Arezzo and Cortona (where Under the Tuscan Sun was filmed).
We are visiting Verona and Florence just prior to arriving in Tuscany. Consider extending your stay in the area to visit these other locations! Or consider extending your trip after this conference in Castiglion Fiorentino.
It is strongly advised to have a car at this conference as it's location in Tuscany affords a wonderful opportunity to explore the area. Additionally, private events for our group will be set up (dinners, winery visits, etc) that require a car to get to these locations. This is a small town and there are no Ubers nor taxis.

Everyone talks about how beautiful Tuscany is, and frankly it is! But the real beauty of Tuscany can be found in many of the small villages found throughout the region.
Walk the small streets of a medieval village, listen to the sounds of the locals and the church bells, experience authentic Tuscan cooking. And most importantly, slow everything down. Immerse yourself in the true Tuscany you hear so much about. And relax.
The smile in your soul awaits!
This Fall 2025 meeting will be held in Castiglion Fiorentino, in the heart of Tuscany. Many of you probably have not heard of Castiglion Fiorentino, which plays into why we are having the meeting there. It is a small, medieval hilltop walled village that is completely self-contained. Everything you could possibly want, or need can be found inside the town walls. Yet the town is easily accessible by car or train. Click on the link below to see a 3-minute YouTube video that captures the essence of Castiglion Fiorentino.
You may have heard of Cortona, which is where the movie Under The Tuscan Sun was filmed. Cortona is about 6 miles from the Conference Location of Castiglion Fiorentino. It is a beautiful town with fantastic views, but honestly, it is full of tourists. Cortona is a great place to visit for a day, and the bus from Castiglion Fiorentino is 3 Euros from town center to town center, but to get the true Tuscan experience, Castiglion Fiorentino is the place to be!
Just north of Castiglion Fiorentino lies the city of Arezzo, a larger Tuscan town that is a great mix of medieval streets and the 21st century. Antiques and jewelry are the top products of Arezzo. The train ride from Castiglion Fiorentino to Arezzo? Just 5 minutes and about 4 Euros. Bravo!
Please note that Castiglion Fiorentino is a jumping off point to explore Tuscany, and having these tours and excursions as part of your stay will make your planning that much easier.
Additional information about these tours and excursions can be found here:
