MUNICH GERMANY
Oct 6-8, 2027

Munich just after Oktoberfest is a quieter kind of indulgence—the city exhales, the crowds thin, and what remains is a refined, elegant version of Bavaria’s capital. Golden autumn light settles over the Englischer Garten and Michelin‑minded restaurants feel blissfully unhurried.
You still get the festive spirit—warm beer halls, traditional music, and that unmistakable Bavarian conviviality—without the shoulder‑to‑shoulder bustle.
It’s also the perfect time to explore Munich’s cultural side at a gentler pace.
The museums, from the Alte Pinakothek to the Brandhorst, feel almost private, and day trips to Neuschwanstein or the lakes are wrapped in crisp air and fall color. It’s Munich at its most luxurious: all the charm, none of the chaos, and a sense of calm that makes the city feel like it’s yours.
Hotel Platzl offers a refined, warmly Bavarian take on luxury right in the heart of Munich’s Old Town, pairing traditional charm with polished, contemporary comfort.
Its location is exceptional: just a few minutes’ walk from Marienplatz, the Viktualienmarkt, and the city’s most iconic historic lanes, making it one of the most convenient bases for exploring Munich on foot.
What makes the Platzl especially enticing is how effortless it makes your stay. The hotel sits steps from major tram, U‑Bahn, and S‑Bahn connections, and even offers its own underground parking—rare for such a central address—ensuring smooth arrivals whether by car or train. With its blend of Bavarian character, attentive service, and unbeatable walkability, Hotel Platzl delivers a luxurious, perfectly situated Munich experience.

Munich and the wider Bavarian landscape have a beauty that feels both timeless and deeply atmospheric—an elegance shaped by history, nature, and a certain quiet confidence.
Beyond the city, Bavaria reveals itself in sweeping, cinematic scenes. Alpine peaks rise sharply against crisp blue skies, mirrored in lakes so clear they look almost unreal. Villages with painted facades and onion‑domed churches sit tucked into rolling meadows, and castles—Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, Linderhof—perch on hillsides like something out of a dream.
It’s a region where nature and culture intertwine effortlessly, offering travelers a sense of grandeur, serenity, and old‑world romance that lingers long after they’ve left.

HOTEL PLATZL
Hotel Platzl carries a kind of refined Bavarian heritage that feels both storied and warmly intimate. Family‑owned for generations, the hotel sits on land once tied to Munich’s historic brewing quarter, and that legacy still shapes its character today. Its traditional façades and carved wood details echo the craftsmanship of Old Munich, while the interiors blend that heritage with polished, contemporary comfort.
What makes the Platzl especially compelling is how deeply rooted it is in the cultural fabric of the Altstadt. Steps from the Hofbräuhaus, the Nationaltheater, and the winding lanes of the historic center, it offers the rare luxury of true walkability—everything from boutique shopping to opera performances to the Viktualienmarkt is just moments away. Its signature restaurants, including the centuries‑old Pfistermühle, draw on Munich’s culinary history, while the hotel’s own Ayinger am Platzl connects directly to one of Bavaria’s most respected brewing families. The result is a stay that feels both elevated and authentically Munich: a place where tradition, location, and quiet luxury meet.
